Return Policy
Returns or refunds are not generally accepted, except in cases where the item is defective.
As the process involves the personal signing, and shipping of each item, understanding and patience regarding this policy are appreciated.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for orders to be prepared and shipped. Delivery within Europe typically takes an additional week, while orders outside of Europe may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
Occasional delays may occur due to international travel and the requirement for personal signatures on each item. For urgent orders, please send a message to confirm whether expedited shipping is available.
The shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process before the order is finalised.
返品について
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、基本的には返品には応じません。返品や返金は一切受け付けておりません。
配送について
注文品の準備と発送には1〜2週間ほどかかります。ヨーロッパ内の配送にはさらに約1週間、日本を含めヨーロッパ外への配送にはさらに1〜2週間かかる場合があります。
個別の署名や海外出張等の関係で、時折遅延が発生することがあります。お急ぎの場合は、速達配送が可能かどうか事前にメッセージでご確認ください。
